Rescue from Chaos: USAF Responds to Disaster in Haiti is a behind-the-scenes look at medical response efforts during the critical and chaotic first fourteen days following the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti−possibly the second deadliest earthquake in recorded history. The medics perform 14 major operations, including several amputations, in a converted storage room in the U.S. Embassy and on the flight line.
