L'autore:
Capt. Julius Grigore Jr. retired from the U.S. Navy. He is a veteran of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, as well as a recognized authority of the S.U.R.C.O.U.F. submarine disaster. He has also written a number of books and monographs about Panama. He lives in Venice, Florida.
