I was born in Kansas City, Missouri. My grandmother raised me until the age of eight. When she died, I went to live with my parents and seven siblings. I'm married and have three grown children and twelve grandchildren. I like telling stories, and I have found a passion in writing. I have been told I can write a book so I wrote this fiction story. I wrote a poem in 1994 called "Fantasy" and entered it in a contest that began this interest in writing. I've re written songs and lead them in a choir, and I draw a little.
