My name is Mark Myers. I have always been conscious about my health and the health of others. I remember when I was growing up that our first preference before seeking a doctor's advice or going to the hospital was to use medicinal plants or natural remedies. Then about ten (10) years ago, in 2002 to be exact, I joined the Symmetry Corporation. With Symmetry, I learned more about natural remedies and using herbal medicines to aid in different symptoms of diseases. I am now a One Star Area Field Vice President with the Symmetry Corporation. I am also a member and a 4A Executive of the Enagic USA Corporation ("Change your water, change your life"). I have also been awarded Director 1000 in the NuVerus Corporation. I am the owner of two herbal health stores, one located in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, and the other in Scarborough, Tobago. Based on this, I have, for the past few years, been researching different ailments for my customers. I was able to match their different ailments and recommend the natural remedies suited for each particular ailment. The results of this were amazing. The customers returned with mainly good reports. Because of this, I have learned so much about health and wellness that I was inspired to write this book.
