CJ Gable is an RB for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League. He was signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2011. One of California’s most outstanding high school RBs, CJ Gable appeared on the magazine cover for School Sports magazine, and on the cover of Sports Illustrated as a sophomore in college. Recruited heavily by America’s Division I Football programs, Gable chose to be part of one of the USC Trojans’ most successful eras in football history. Gable started at RB as a true freshman, a feat no other USC RB has done. Gable finished with nearly 1300 rushing yards, 18 starts, and ranks sixth overall on USC's kick return list. After being cut by his NFL team, Gable kept His mind and heart open and his dream alive. When an opportunity came to play Arena Football for the IFL’s Nebraska Danger, Gable lept at the chance to suit up again. Successful there, CFL scouts noticed him. Gable’s rookie year was outstanding. He was immediately impactful, earning him Rookie of the Year in the Ti-Cats' division. An expert on how to keep your head up, hang in there and stay focused on your dream in spite of your circumstances, Gable is a great mentor for young student-athletes. Gable received his degree in sociology at USC. He resides in Sylmar, CA. Coach L. Mitchell is a former Head NCAA College Basketball Coach, a Positive Coaching Alliance Sports Ethics Fellow, and the Founder of Invincible Athletes and Sports Dreammakers, Inc., a company to help young athletes reach their college sports dreams. Coach Mitchell has been competing in sports and working with athletes for over two decades. She moved into coaching elite athletes when she became the nation’s youngest NCAA Head Basketball Coach at the age of 23. Coach Mitchell has a BS in English and Journalism and has worked as a sports journalist. After being the Head Coach of the University of California Santa Cruz Basketball Team, Mitchell left there to attend Law School and Graduate School at Pepperdine University. While there, she worked with the women’s basketball team. Mitchell left Pepperdine to start Sports Dreammakers Inc. where she has been a transforming agent for how school districts inspire and educate young athletes. Mitchell has also been the Head Coach of both the Malibu High School and Monterey High School Girls' Basketball Programs. Mitchell's teenage son Adrian is an elite ballet dancer in NYC. Mitchell is bi-coastal and lives in NYC and Los Angeles.
