Paul Nijar was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. He has grown up with a deep interest in martial arts and meditation. He began teaching from the age of seven and continues today. He furthered his studies in traditional Chinese medicine and yoga. He fused his life's training into a yoga class called Yoga Do. Paul spends his time teaching and sharing with others spiritual insights he used to help him through his life struggles. His first book, Everything I Thought I Was and What I Came to Be, is the first of two self-help books he is writing.
