What begins as a battle against punitive parents and cruel and disapproving classmates turns life-threatening when Molly begins to receive mysterious text messages telling her to 'repent or be punished'. Soon she finds herself in a wild chase through the chaotic streets of Cairo as the hunt for a terrorist madman intensifies.

L'autore:

M.R. Hennecke is a mother of three in Tampa, Florida. Canadian born, she has spent her life moving to a new city every three years, from Edmonton to Amsterdam, Saltillo to Cairo, and Montreal to London. The plot for Shifting Sands was inspired by three years spent in Egypt raising a family among the native Egyptians, both Muslim and Copt. M. R. Hennecke earned a Bachelor of Journalism in Political Science from Carleton University, spent several years as a speechwriter for Canadian politicians, and had her own company in the Netherlands writing English language communications for Dutch companies.
