Elimelech and his wife Naomi and their sons, Mahlon and Chilion move to Moab to escape the famine in Bethlehem. The sons marry Moabite women, Ruth and Orpah. The story brings Ruth and Naomi through hardships, to ultimate victory. We can experience the same blessing in our own lives by trusting and enduring life's events. God is no respecter of persons.
