Tom Patri has been a leading voice in golf instruction for more than 30 years, and has taught at every level of the game, coaching more than 100 PGA Tour, LPGA Tour and PGA Club Professionals, as well as hundreds of top juniors, collegiate players, and competitive amateurs. Since 2000, he has been listed among Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Teachers in America. Tom was recently added to Golf Magazine’s Alumni list of Top 100 Teachers in America. Tom was named one of the Top 25 Instructors in New York State in 1999 and 2000 by Golf Digest. In 1998 Tom was named Metropolitan PGA Teacher of the Year, and in 2006 the South Florida PGA Teacher of the Year. He was twice named Southwest Florida PGA Teacher of the Year in 2003 and 2006. In 1990, he became Director of Instruction at the prestigious Westchester Country Club in Rye, New York, where he worked for 11 years at the home of the famed PGA Tour stop, the Westchester Classic. Tom is the Owner and Founder of TP Golf School based at The Golf Lodge at The Quarry in Naples, Florida where he resides with his wife, Denise, and his son, Palmer Jackson. During the summer season Tom teaches at Friar's Head on eastern Long Island. Tom has made numerous media appearances, including on The Golf Channel, NBC-TV, and Madison Square Garden Network, and his articles have appeared in such noted publications as Sports Illustrated, Golf Magazine, Golf Digest, Executive Golfer, Golf for Women, Golf Illustrated, Senior Golfer, Petersen’s Golfing and The Met Golfer. Moran is free-lance writer with more than 25 years’ experience, having published numerous books and articles. Her first book, Golf Vacations Even Non-Golfers Will Enjoy: The Southeastern United States was published in 1996. She has also written five books for a Canadian business publisher and her articles have appeared in dozens of publications that include American Baby, Woman’s World, Woman’s Day, Natural Living Today, Military Lifestyle, Kiwanis, Mature Living, The Fordham Law Review, and online on Yahoo! and golflink.com. Julie received a Master’s of Professional Writing degree from the University of Southern California and is also an attorney who earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review and an editor of the Fordham International Law Journal.
