Miguel Reynolds Brandao is graduated in engineering and management. He is a serial entrepreneur who started his first venture in his early twenties. Today, he mostly works as a business strategist, negotiator, business broker and mentor. He has authored books and articles on strategic management systems, entrepreneurship, business brokering and teleworking and has participated in several international events as a guest speaker. Nadia Morais is a freelance linguist and writer. A bookworm and a polyglot, she has come to specialise in languages, journalism and strategic management. Currently, she mainly focuses on market analyses directed at the oil & gas and renewable energy market. She has published articles in Portugal, Germany, the UK and Angola. In parallel, she dedicates to translating from English, French and Spanish into Portuguese.
