Der 'Quadratmeter' kann als die grundlegende Einheit des neuen Zustands der 'unsteten Häuslichkeit' gesehen werden. Die zunehmende Wichtigkeit indivualisierter Bewegungsfelder, neue soziale Muster und sich verändernde Familienmodelle tragen dazu bei, die Dinge, die uns umgeben, zu verändern. Diese Entwicklungen sind bis anhin jedoch weitgehend unerforscht.
