Klara Wilander vererbt den Nichten und Neffen ihres verstorbenen Mannes Ferdinand ein Haus auf der Nordseeinsel Pellworm. Nina erfährt ziemlich bald, daß Charlotte schon früher in diesem Haus war. Sie hat Klara gut gekannt und erzählt Nina schließlich den Grund für Klaras Testament: Klaras Schwester Anne, die noch leben könnte, wenn es damals einen solchen Zufluchtsort für sie gegeben hätte.

Sabine Kornbichler
Sabine Kornbichler, 1957 in Wiesbaden geboren, wuchs an der Nordsee auf. Nach dem Studium der Volkswirtschaftslehre in Hamburg arbeitete sie mehrere Jahre als Beraterin in einer Frankfurter PR-Agentur. Sabine Kornbichler ist verheiratet und lebt und arbeitet heute als Autorin in München.
