L'autore:

Peter Boelke started his career as a journalist in Berlin. Later he moved to Hamburg where he worked for the famous German news magazine DER SPIEGEL. For nearly 30 years he worked as a member and later as the chief of the magazine's economics department. From there, the passionate jazz enthusiast went on to write on his favorite subject for several well-known music magazines, meeting numerous jazz musicians along the way, including Dizzy Gillespie, Sonny Rollins, Tony Scott, Dave Brubeck, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Herbie Hancock, and Wynton Marsalis.
