Katy is almost twelve years old and she has everything. Wonderful parents, a smart, supportive older sister, great friends, and a beautiful extended family that includes grandma, grandpa, aunts, and uncles, who are sometimes annoying, and sometimes not, as in all families. Noa Rom, graduated summa cum laude in communications and also holds a teaching diploma. She previously worked as a cultural news journalist and editor, and currently teaches and lectures about her books in schools across Israel. Counting Down to 12 was her first book for young readers, and she has since published three more bestselling young adult novels. This is her first book for young readers.
