Drummond, a long-term poet with a broad following, taught writing and contemporary literature at the University of Missouri and produced many books of poetry, including The Mountain Castle and the Grey Tower. This book contains 41 of his works in this small volume, 7 1/2" X 5 1/4". Drummond was a friend of John Williams, National Book Award-winner for Augustus, as well as author of the classic Stoner and Butcher's Crossing.
