No Cover. Ex-Library. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. This decorative cloth hardcover with no dustjacket is an older kids novel and this book is in fair condition. The book was at one time a library book and has the remnants of a pocket in the back and a number printed on the outer spine but no stamps or other marks. The front cover features a haywagon with a man driving the team and a bunch of kids riding. The covers have some wear on the faces and around the edges. The spine is tight but has some wear and fraying on the outer spine. The pages are a bit worn around the edges from reading but are in good shape and have only a few marks and spots. There are a number of good illustrations to help the reader follow the story. The title page is missing from the front of the book, everything else seems to be there. 182 pages.

It's not an ex-library copy, the book is in good + condition, and it has no dust jacket. It DOES have the name of a previous owner written, in ink, atop the front loose end page. The book is 6 1/4" by 9 1/8" and has 95 glossy pages with a Table of Contents leading the reader to 11 stories set in India and beautifully done black-and-white and color illustrations throughout the book.
