Stated to the title page as a 'New Edition'. Richard Glover was an English poet and politician. Ex-library, with occasional Bath Public Reference Library blind stamps found throughout. In a full cloth binding with gilt stamping to the spine. Library binding, with shelf number gilt stamped to the tail of spine. Externally, excellent with minor shelfwear. Bath Municipal Reference Library plate to the front pastedown. Bath Reference Library blind stamp found to occasional pages throughout. Internally, firmly bound. Author's name inscribed to title page. Pages are slightly age toned due to paper used with just the odd spots. Very Good Indeed. book.

Published and edited by Richard Duppa in order to prove that poet and playwright Richard Glover was the author of the *Letters of Junius*. From the library of Scottish writer and politician Stirling-Maxwell, Chancellor of the University of Glasgow, and Trustee of the British Museum and the National Gallery.
