The first section of poems, entitled 'Hitlermedio', concerns the holocaust. Subjects: Spanish - Argentine-Jewish Literature. Carlos Grunberg - Poems. Zionism - Argentina - Poetry. Poetry - Holocaust. Encuadernación de tapa blanda. Condizione: Muy bien. In-4. #1 Jan/Feb 1946 - #16 April 1947. (Complete set). Wrappers. Collaborators :Luis Karduner, Berta Barsky, Luisa Sofovich, CesarTiempo, Ana Podolosky, Among others. Important Jewish magazine directed by the mythical Carlos Grunberg, friend of Borges who wrote the prologue of his book "Mester de Juderia". Although in the literary field Grünberg is remembered primarily for his poetic work and for his collaborations in the Martín Fierro magazine, his career was multifaceted. It included, among other aspects, a large activity as a lawyer and philologist; translated and prologized a version of the Easter Story (1946); He directed the magazine Heredad (1946-1947); carried out intense community work during the Shoá years; He participated in the deliberations of the United Nations regarding the partition of Palestine and came to represent the nascent State of Israel before the Argentine government. Around this last one I will try to establish a dialogic relationship between some of its texts and the political-community activity linked to the State of Israel. This will involve considering the identity negotiation of "being Argentine" and "being Jewish", as well as that of "being Jewish-Argentine" in relation to Israel and some of the meanings and practices of "Zionism."
