Bel exemplaire hormis deux taches décroissantes sur les 7 premiers feuillets. Antoine Michel Leroux (Dijon 1730 - 1802), chirurgien de l hôpital de Dijon, acquit la réputation d un des meilleurs praticiens de son temps. Il mourut empoisonné par une dose trop forte d opium qu il utilisait pour calmer ses crises de "gravelle". Le présent ouvrage est le plus important de Leroux et lui valut le titre de membre correspondant de la Société royale de médecine de Paris. Antoine-Michel Leroux (Dijon 1730 - 1802) was surgeon on Dijon Hospital, and get the reputation of being one of the best practitioner of those days. He died poisoned by a higher dose of opium, that he used to calm his gravel crisis. This is the most important book writen by Leroux, that made him access to the title of correspondant member of the Royal Society of Medicine of Paris.

Traité d'obstétrique qui avait valu au médecin dijonnais Antoine Michel Leroux le titre de membre correspondant de la Société Royale de Médecine de Paris. Il y prônait notamment l'usage des tampons pour éviter les hémorragies. Leroux passait pour être l'un des meilleurs chirurgiens de son temps. Il mourut d'une overdose d'opium qu'il utilisait pour soulager ses douleurs dûes à la gravelle. Trace d'humidité dans la marge supérieure de quelques feuillets. Assez bon exemplaire.
