There is also a biographical index to the contributors. The book deals with architecture, murals, sculpture, drawing, painting, ballet, music, theatre, literature, lecture, and related subjects. Previous owner name on front endpaper. Both endpapers are browned, there is water damage/staining to the top of the book affecting the area from the spine to a depth of two inches forming a triangle running out across the top of an inch.
