One eight-page gathering (Officium S, Bernardini Senensis) is from the press of Francisci Caballi (1658), printed in red and black, with woodcut to title-page -- all others that are indicated show Reu. Cam. Apost. imprint. All bound together, some with engraved title-pages, are the following Offices for various Saints' feast days according to the then Roman Calendar: S. Canuti IV, Danorum Regis et Martyris, (1670); S. Raymundi, Confessoris (n.d.); S. Francisci Salesii (1666); S. Petri Nolasco (1664); S. Andreae Corsini (1666); S. Ioannis de Matha (n.d.)(small loss to bottom); S. Chunegundis (1684); S. Iosephi (n.d.); S. Vincentii Ferrerii (1668); S. Monicae (n.d.); B. Pii Quinti summi Pontificis (n.d.); S. Antonini (n.d.); S. Venantii Martyris (n.d.); S. Mariae Magdalenae de Pazzis Virginis (n.d.); S, Bernardini Senensis (engraved title)(1658); S. Io Gualberti Abbatis (n.d.); S. Henrici Imperatoris (n.d.); S. Susannae Virg. et Mart. (engraved title)(1676); S. Raymundi Nonnati (1669); S. Nonnosi Abbatis (engraving)(1675); Nominis Beatissimae Virginis Mariae (n.d.); S. Bound in later full black morocco with hinging fore-edge clasps (one hinging portion remains), rubbed, and with small points of wear to boards, and to rear head of spine. Sewn endbands. Speckled edges. Plain end-papers, with ownership marks to front, and handwritten table of contents to rear endpapers. Browning to front and rear leaves of text-block. Still a tight copy. Some texts printed in red & black. Several titular engravings, as well as devices, and some initials. This collection of certain feast-day offices probably served as a monastic accompaniment to an edition of the Divine Office. A neat example of a unique supplementary volume. 72 leaves. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Book.
