Libro Prima edizione
Condizione: Very Good. New York: Museum of Modern Art, 2005. First Edition. Quarto (28.5x25x1cm); 13pp. With background images and explanations for the four elaborate pop-out artworks embedded in the volume. Illustrated boards. Covers each lightly curved inward, with a bit of rubbing at tail of spine. Interior clean and unmarked, with pop-ups functional and intact. This volume constitutes one half of the catalog for the Elizabeth Murray exhibit at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, shown from 23 October 2005 to 9 January 2006. The art is by Murray, recreating, in miniature, her dimensional painting/sculpture, and the pop-ups are designed for book production by Bruce Foster. For the other half of the catalog-the richly augmented, more traditional volume for the Murray show-see our listing #11366.
