Some toning to the first and last leaf from the wrappers. In addition to the detailed movements contained in the reports there are also reprinted correspondence and executive and general orders. Sabin speculatively offers 1861 as the printing date, but given the sequence of the tract numbers and the printed date of 1863 for Tract No. 1, it is more likely that Tract No. 3 was printed in 1863 or later.
