Paperback, approximately 4 x 6 1/2 inches, index, 320 pp, illustrated with black and white photographs of the factory, machinery, workers, etc. , a nice 6 1/2 x 13 /12 inch fold-out drawing of the Oil Works with a steam locomotive pulling train cars in foreground, and color drawings of some of their products. Very good. 1/2 inch wide x 3 inch long piece torn off side edge of front cover, 1/2 inch chip off head of spine, 4 inch tear along front joint, several lesser nicks and chips, age tanned along edges of textblock, corners bumped, 5 or 6 dogears, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked; probably never really read. Trade catalogue (catalog) of the refinery company's line of products refined from Pennsylvania crude oil (petroleum) , including gasoline; naphta, illuminating oils, miner's wax, grease, tur-min-tine (mineral turpentine) , automotive products, etc. , plus extensive information, charts, tables, etc. , on everyuthing from automobile care, labor law, workshop formulas, first aid, freight rates, paraffing cheese, wage tables, etc. Ephemera.

Soft Cover. Condizione: Poor. No date found. 800 pages including French and Spanish Supplement. The pages are darkened with age but reasonably tight. A few pages have small tears and bent corners. Binding is weak but holding. Cover is discolored, edge worn, and beginning to come loose. Top and bottom of spine have tears. Interesting pictures.
