Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. First Printing. No other dates. The book is bound in coated cloth with title ,author and princess illustration on the front cover. There are several indentations on the front cover. The fore-edges of the covers have abraded areas. Light shelf wear on the corners and spine caps. Several areas of erasures on the ffe. Endpapers in the color yellow. Small notation in pencil on front paste-down and one light tan smudge on the title page. Otherwise, the book is clean, tight and unmarked. Filled with lovely illustrations in color by the Danish painter Hedvig Collin. Unpaginated. Printed in Germany.

Hardcover. Condizione: Good. No Jacket. D'hedvig Collin (illustratore). In French. Very attractive blue hardback book of fairytales with gold gilt lettering, black embossed pattern and a colour paper image of a lady and a soldier by hedvig collin. 3 flowers embossed on the rear cover. In good condition despite it's age. Inside, all the pages are browned, especially around teh edges. There are a few darker patches on some pages by the spine. The book numerous colour plates, mostly in good condition but a few have small tears or foxing. 2cm rip to right hand edge of title page. 153 numbered pages. The last few pages and end paper waves, possibly due to past water damage. There is a bump to the top of the front and back cover, 2 small bumps to the spine and a few scuffs to the back cover. The top of the pages may once have been gilt but are now just darkened.
