Contrat écrit et signé par Rougemont et contresigné par Désaugiers concernant la vente de leur vaude…ville « Monsieur et Madame Denis » au libraire Barba. Cette vente a lieu quelques jours avant la création de la pièce au théâtre des Variétés le 23 juin et son montant varie suivant le succès de la pièce. Barba publiera bien la pièce qui fut un succès. Elle sera reprise par Offenbach pour son opéra comique en 1862, sur un livret de Laurencin et Michel Delaporte. Très beau document. [161-2].
