Holden, dated 1944 in Bangalore, upon front free endpaper. Two-inch opening to top of front hinge. Page 151 loose but present. Lacking pages 153-156. Above-average wear. An exceedingly uncommon example of this cookbook apparently prepared mostly by and for British residents in the vicinity of Travancore, India, shortly before the end of British colonial rule.; 12mo.
