Contents: King Henry V; King Henry VI parts I, II, III; King Richard III; King Henry VIII. All pages are printed within ruled black borders with notes in column alongside. We have a copy of Volume I in almost identical format (described as a "portable edition") published 1852, but publisher's name not stated.

Edges of text block are dyed red with black speckles. Frontipiece and tissue are intact. Good condition. The covers show edge wear particularly to the corners which are worn to the boards. The hinges are beginning to crack, but the pages are all intact. The interior pages are unmarked. There is a small abrasion to the front flyleaf.
