Precedes book publication. Additional fiction includes Little Feet, a poem by Ogden Nash (6/15), Bridewater's Half Dollar, a short story by Booth Tarkington (6/15), The Next Champion, an article on boxing by Jack Dempsey with Wesley Stout (6/29), and parts 4 & 6 of 6 of Dreamland, a novel by Clarence Budington Kelland. Cover art by Andrew Loomis (6/15 - Woman in Yellow) & Edgar Franklin Wittmack (6/29 - Bronco Buster on Butt). Condition issues include: 6/15 - light wear and soiling to the edges, a small chip out of the upper left of the front cover at the spine, a couple of pages with small closed tears to the fore edge, and some soil spots on others; 6/29 - light soiling to the front cover with some small chips to the fore edge, a small chip to the upper right of the front cover through page 4, and light edge wear to the rear cover. Overall a very good set with installments of an early Rex Stout/Nero Wolfe novel. A heavy, oversize set that may require additional postage.
