Twelve full-page color photographs, with 18 additional B&W images, most full-page. All text in parallel English, French, and German versions. Photographic boards; textblock of ivory wove paper. This is the catalog of Dine's self-portrait mural work in Ludwigsburg in 1994 within the Kunstverein château. A preliminary statement and interview transcript with Dine are included, as well as an essay by the curator for the exhibit, Ingrid Mössinger. This copy comes directly from the library of Brenda Richardson, former deputy director of the Baltimore Museum of Art and one of the most formidable curatorial pillars and modernist advocates of the East Coast museum scene. The gift note to her accompanying the volume is laid in.
