Pages are bright and clean, neat former owners name in ink on front endpaper, dated 1870, this is the only date in book.Endpapers are split at inner hinges but binding is sound looks as if it may have been neatly gliued at front. Outer boards are rubbed and worn on edges, some small marks and spine faded, all edges of pages are goldwhich is a little marked. Though not perfect a pleasing copy of an interesting book SEE IMAGE.
