Memoirs of World War I is an eyewitness account of the Great War by a man recognised as the "father" of American air power. (Preliminary edition to "St. Lawrence waterway. Report of the Joint board of engineers appointed by the governments of the United States and Canada on the improvement of the St. Lawrence River between Lake Ontario and Montreal and on related questions referred to the board by the two governments" (1927) and similar reports.
