Presumed first printing thus w/SD & NAP, trade paperback, has slight lean to binding, slight bumps to spine ends and corners with touch of creasing to covers and first/last few pages of text block, slight edgewear, and some rubbing with a few very shallow scrapes, otherwise a solid VG copy with crisp text.

Contains [x] 80 printed pages of text with 16 single-sided monochrome illustrations throughout. Spine a little darkened, soiling to the edges of the pale yellow covers, without any ownership markings and in Very Good condition, no dust wrapper. Member of the P.B.F.A. BORNEO | SUMATRA | JAVA.

First edition hardback, no dustjacket. Illustrated, map, plates, 75 pages. The binding has some light wear and slight grubby marks, the front hinge is a touch weak and one plate is partially detached everything else is well bound together. The endpap ers have an ink stamp and are browning a bit. The tissue guard is browning and this has affected the title leaf. There is some light foxing throughout.

Gomes' book first appeared in 1907, this second edition includes a 5pp. appendix with updated information for the diocese of Labuan and Sarawak.

Condizione: Good. Book has been bound in leather. A library stamp on first blank page and on bottom of page 62. also a small repaired rip on bottom of page 58 and a lot of foxing on pages. Content is fine.
