In this part of study, we report the relation of 2-acetyl-naphthalene with some aldehydes to give the corresponding ,beta- unsaturated carbonyl compounds (Ia-c). The condensation of these compounds with some carbon and/or nitrogen nucleophiles gave the appropriate pyridine, pyrazole, oxazole derivatives. Biological activity for the synthesized compounds have been studied for anticancer evaluation, and antimicrobial activity. 188 pp. Englisch.
