Rare well-preserved prayer book for the Third Order of The Franciscans, printed in a beautiful bi-coloured typography by Andreas Stadler printer of the ''Klosterdruckerei Kempten'' (from 1736 till 1769).

Francisci''. (12)nn pp (Kalendarium) + 73 pp; with 3 full page copper plate engravings. Entirely printed in red and black, in two columns. Bound in full black leather, marbled end papers, with 2 bronze clasps in working order. Binding with some traces of use but a fine copy. Ex-library , with a small oval rubber stamp of a Roman Catholic institute on the verso of the title. Both fly leaves contain extensive additions in a very neat handwriting. Binding and manuscript additions are contemporary to the edition. Well preserved copy of a liturgical imprint of the famous Plantin Press. It contains a part, with separate title, for use by the Franciscan Order.
