Recollections of travel, along with some observations on world politics and US immigration, Mainly on the Orient Peiking, Canton, immigration; narrative of travels in Far East & Europe, with appendix of documents on important foreign policy matters such as post-war Germany, the Disarmament Conference, Japanese exclusion, objections to Japanese legally becoming citizens, so-called biological objections to mixed marriages between Japanese & Americans, & other matters.
