Soft cover. Condizione: Near Fine. Ernie Ruben (photographer) (illustratore). Reprint. Daily Soup was a chain of restaurants that seem to now be defunct. But we have their legacy in this book of 200 or so recipes for soups from around the world - mostly made to be a meal rather than an appetizer. I must admit to a fondness for Mulligatawny, so I'm happy to see that in this book! There's an Ingredient Index at the back of the book (amongst other things) which is particularly useful. A very near fine copy.
