Browning to the pages with yellow spotting to the insides of the covers and to the final page but the pages are otherwise generally unmarked. There are tape marks on the covers from jacket being taped down, a small black spot on the foredge that doesn't penetrate the interior and a bit of paper stuck to rear free end paper where a sign out sheet was tipped in. Binding is tight and the book is very clean inside and out.

There isn't any obvious soiling to the book's front cover but it shows some light creases or stress lines. The spine is wrinkled but does not have a reading crease and the book only just barely leans to the right. The book's back cover shows light soiling and a little tan staining near the bottom.
