Dex Nolan is featured in this Southern California-set, hard, bleak, sex-drenched, Cain-esque noir mystery by the undervalued pulp and digest veteran, expanded from a short story first seen in Mercury Magazine as 'Ivy'. Some rubbing to the lower shelf-edges and upper spine edge, else near fine and firm in polished black linen boards with bright yellow titles to the spine, deckle page fore-edges; no dust jacket.
