Vintage Samuel Weiser bookseller's tag mounted on lower front fixed endpaper. xvi,157 pp., frontis. map, b&w plates. Inscribed on upper main title by co-author McNair (who died in 1910) to Sir Hugh Wyndham, full signature, dated Oct. 1908; Wyndham was either the British diplomat who served as Mnister to Serbia, Brazil and Romania or the British peer who was 4th Baron Leconfield, likely the former. Revised Draft for the 1969 film. Script belonging to uncredited crew member, with their name in manuscript ink in three places in the script. Additionally included with the script is a vintage reference photograph from the film, showing cast and crew members on location. Based on the 1960 novel by Harold Robbins. A Mafia hit man is ready to retire, but his employers, not happy with this idea, send a hit man out after him. Shot on location in New York City and Puerto Rico. Red titled wrappers. Title page present, dated 9/27/68, with credits for novelist Harold Robbins, screenwriter A.J. Russell, and director Bernard L. Kowalski. PAGES leaves, with last page of text numbered 121. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only, with pink, yellow, blue, and green revision pages throughout, dated variously between 10/15/68 and 11/5/68.
