Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Later Edition. ISBN Hardback. 1943 reprint edition as stated on the copyright page. Book has a slight bit of foxing to its outer edge and a some lightening to the top blue edge color, otherwise a Tight bright attractive copy In Very Good plus condition with no markings to the book. Book has pictorial endpapers with 4 glossy black and white plates inside as well as numerous black and white illustrations interspersed with the text. Dustjacket has a nickel sized chip to the top right corner of the dustjacket but this does not intrude on any title lettering. Four small tape repairs to the reverse white side of the dustjacket onits edges which have yellowed somewhat but show no signs of discoloring on the picture side. That being said, this is a beautiful dustjacket with bright attractive art by Charles Hargens showing two horses racing through the jungle with a soldier and woman riding one of them. A very nice copy of this classic horse story.
