Top of page edges are tinted blue with tanned Fore-edge in rough cut style. 8 pages of b/w photographs, ; Synopsis: The practice of Dr. Joseph Moody, Medical Health Officer for the Canadian East Arctic, was like no other in the world. He had to keep his fingers on the pulse of some 2000 patients, mostly Eskimos, ranging over 600,000 square miles of frozen, wind-swept wilderness. Combines all the drama of a doctor's career with the adventures of a northland explorer to make fascinating reading for young and old. Rated fair due to cover wear and tanning but actually inside pages are unmarked and a good reading copy. Book Club.
