First edition and first printing. Hardcover. Features text by Pierre Daix and Georges Boudaille with catalogue compiled with the collaboration of Joan Rosselet. Includes some tipped in color plates and additional numerous black and white illustrations. An about fair copy with moisture stain to the bottom edge of the boards and pages but with none of them sticking together and in a fair dust jacket with a moisture stain to the bottom and some other light wear. A decent reference copy on two important early phases of Picasso's long career.
