Inside the United States we will have war." Usual array of news items spotlighting political struggles, with two items of special interest: centerspread reprint of Robin Morgan's feminist call to arms "Goodbye to all that," and half page article defending the bombing of the Park Station of the SFPD, subsequently blamed on the Weathermen. Also has report by Stew Albert on the Chicago 8 conspiracy trial and hoopla.

Promotion of a group of young white workers in the Richmond-San Pablo area calling themselves the Young Partisans. Various Stew Albert pieces, and pg.3 photo of Eldridge and a very pregnant Kathleen Cleaver in Algiers. As always, the usual assortment of news and local ads.

This issue of the underground antiestablishment rag from East Bay has a cover story "Offing the Fence." on People's Park riots and a photo of the Tribe nude, a half-page critique of Barb editor Max Scherr, articles on the Black Panthers including "Panthers Prepared!" "I'll be Back Soon: Message from Algiers" by Eldridge Cleaver.

This is likely the first issue of the paper under the Berkeley Tribe name, as the preceding issue was called The Barb on Strike.
