It's a race against time, as the PCs must discover the hideous purpose of Drac's creation before it is too late. Will the Brotherhood of the Yellow Sign summon forth the Unspeakable One once again, and send Freeport to a watery grave? Will Milton Drac turn himself into a dread god, and harrow the world with his malefic power? Or is the Sealord just a dupe of the Brotherhood, to be sacrificed for the greater evil of the Yellow Sign? These rumors and many more are whispered on the streets of Freeport, while foreign ships by the hundred sail into port for the lighthouse's debut. Madness in Freeport is the action-packed conclusion of the Freeport Trilogy. The city's fate hangs in the balance, and only swift and heroic action by the PCs can foil Drac's sinister plan. Freeport will never be the same.

Product Description:Fame and Fortune await below!Deep beneath the World's Edge mountains lie the shattered remains of Karak Izril - once proud city of Jewels. In the fallen halls the there lies death, riches and much in between. Tales claim the abandoned Dragon horde of Graug the Terrible lies somewhere in the twisting tunnels - all glinting gold and broken bones - there for the taking, should you have the stomach for it. Few survive on such a quest for long, as the dark depths of the Dragon crag hides horrors uncountableâ¦Above the caves and catacombs the new founded Dwarf Hold of Karak Azgal is hardly any safer. Though the Dwarfs have reclaimed the surface of their land, the tunnels remain firmly in the hands of their ancient enemies. Too few to bring the battle to the Skaven, Undead and Orcs prowling the depths they permit outsiders and longshanks to plumb the depths in search of gold, hoping their blades will aid their quest to regain the mines and tombs of their ancestors. Should these treasure seekers survive near certain death - and crippling Dwarf taxes - they must pick their way between the crime lords and chaos cults of the glittering city if they are to keep their hard earned gold. More than one faction waits, ready to part the foolish and unwary from their loot. Adventurers will need more than a strong sword arm to profit from Karak Azgal - the Hold of Horde's peak.Karak Azgal is an adventure sourcebook for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay. Aggiungi al carrelloHardback. Karak Azgal is a background book that is a must for roleplaying officiandos. Karak Azgal was once a rich Dwarf hold, but it fell to the forces of chaos. A dragon moved in, and dug out much of the treasure hidden in the dungeon to form a horde. This dragon was slain, over a thousand years ago by a Dwarf named Skalf. He claimed the treasure, and ownership of Karak Azgal. He realised the hold was too infested to clear out, so he built an enclave above the Hold and set up court there. A city has now grown up, rich from the treasures brought up by adventurers. The dwarfs encourage folk to go down there and recover their ancestors goods (and tax the hell out of them for doing so) but aren't too fussed about clearing it themselves- Dwarfs take the long view that one day the Goblins that live down there will go extinct, and when they do, all the gold down there will come back into Dwarf hands. They are, in fact being very generous in allowing folk to go down there and bring it back up- why, they might even get to keep 10% of it! That's practically giving it away¿The city setting of Karak Azgal is perfect for Dwarf gags, intrigue and numerous excuses to be sent into the dungeon. It should be richly populated with interesting characters, and should logically extrapolate what happens to a city that has grown up on a treasure horde- for example," everything's very expensive- if you don't haven any money, you can always take anadvance on what you're about to earn¿just sign here (think record company)" No one bothers to learn your name until you've been down and back out a couple of times." Dungeoneering teams are commissioned to map areas." There are 'recovery outfits' that specialise in finding ancestral treasure." People bet on the dungeoneering teams." You can pay for your funeral in advance should you not make it out" Tavern/first aid outposts have grown up over the air shafts that lead deep into the hold-complete with winches, tax specialists, and healers, bookies, recruiting sergeants, touting guides and roaring drunk dwarfs." Dwarfs tracking down and sealing any 'secret' non-dwarf controlled entrances to KarakAzgalWarhammer Fantasy Roleplay (WFRP or WHFRP) is a roleplaying system created by Games Workshop.
