He was educated at the London School of Economics (LSE), the University of Southern California (USC), and the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) from where he obtained his Ph.D. He has advised the US Department of State, the US Department of Defense, the US Defense Intelligence Agency, the Central Intelligence Agency, the British Ministry of Defense, and the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Bennett Ramberg (Ph.D., Johns Hopkins, J.D. UCLA), is a nationally recognized expert on international issues.
