Libro Prima edizione
Soft cover. Condizione: Fine. 1st Edition. Wraps. 2012. Original FACEBOOK prospectus issued May 3, 2012 and handed out at the NYC IPO Roadshow Luncheon. Extremely RARE original neck lanyard handed out at the NYC IPO launch roadshow/luncheon on May 7th, 2012 at the Sheraton Hotel in NYC. Blue lanyard with blue square hologram-like event pass stating: FACEBOOK / Initial Public Offering / New York / May 2012 / on a blue background with an image of the world's continents in the background. These lanyards were required for admission into the ballroom where Mr. Zuckerberg and Sheryl Sandberg took the stage before Wall Street's analysts and portfolio managers. Morgan Stanley who was the lead book-runner collected most of the lanyards after the luncheon and subsequently gifted them to employees who worked on the deal; allegedly. An exceptionally rare piece of 21st century Americana.
