The purpose of the new style is to enable the Torah to become more immediate and relevant. The goal is to allow the participants and audience members to make connections between the biblical text and its times and the modern reader. It is also hoped that the dance will be a significant aid in fostering retention of learning. The book takes a number of passages from the Torah and teaches dance movements relevant to the text. Included are photographs, appendices, and a bibliography. This copy is solid with underscoring on an introductory page.
