Prima edizione
First edition of Perlman's extremely rare first book, an anti-capitalist livre d'artiste. Text mimeographed. Illustrations by Ricklefs throughout, including FIVE DOUBLE-PAGE COLOR-PRINTED WOODCUTS ON FINE WOVE PAPER. Edition limited to 91 numbered copies. THIS COPY BELONGED TO RENOWNED SOCIOLOGIST DAVID RIESMAN, WITH HIS OWNERSHIP SIGNATURE. Perlman greatly admired Riesman, and likely sent him this copy as a gift. 4to. Cardboard covers. Minimal wear to extremities, else fine and bright. An excellent association copy of a very rare and bizarre book.
