Neuware -Im April 2008 fand in der Goethe-Universität eine vom Institut für europäische Gesundheitspolitik und Sozialrecht (ineges) veranstaltete Tagung über «Vergaberecht und Vertragswettbewerb in der GKV» statt, deren Vorträge und Kommentare in diesem Sammelband zusammengefasst sind. Ziel der Tagung war es, ein wissenschaftliches Forum für die unterschiedlichen Perspektiven des Wettbewerbsrechts und des Sozialrechts auf das Vergaberecht ¿ und zwar dasjenige der selektiven Leistungserbringungsverträge ¿ zu schaffen und dies auch in den Vorträgen und Kommentaren zu dokumentieren. In der Zwischenzeit hat sich der Gesetzgeber der Materie angenommen, indem in das Gesetz zur Weiterentwicklung der Organisationsstrukturen in der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung (GKV-OrgWG) einschlägige Bestimmungen aufgenommen wurden.
